We are growing the partnership with a satisfied long-term client of ours and extending the team of its business-critical mobile applications in the area of media distribution.

We are looking for a talented mid-to senior Android Engineer (open for contractors also) to extend the team agility and expertise in the Android application development. The right person will have a strong combination of technical and collaboration skills.

• Design and implement new components modules and functions;
• Implement unit tests and develop the testing infrastructure for the application;
• Optimize and improve existing code;
• Review peer code;
• Follow good engineering practices.

• 3+ years of experience with Android;
• Knowledge in Android architecture;
• Knowledge in Java and Kotlin;
• Experience in communicating software designs both verbally and in writing;
• Familiar with GitHub source control and Continuous integration;
• Experience in working in a team with a UI/UX designer – would be considered as an advantage.
• Experience in working in agile environments (Scrum);
• Self-starter, adaptable and willing to learn and grow;
• Passionate – You search relentlessly for the right solution and would like to work with equally passionate people;
• Humble – Focused more on the team than yourself; ability to disagree but commit to others’ ideas;
• Hungry – Having a strong work ethic, determined to solve problems and get things done;
